We are confident that our offered products leave no one disappointed and provide true, science-based benefits to people. Therefore, we provide a 60-day money-back guarantee and hope that this will give you confidence in purchasing SOMNUSILK products.
Return Policy
To make a return, it is mandatory to provide the order number and payment proof.
Our 60-day trial period applies to all our Acne-Free™ products!
We also allow returns if the items are defective or otherwise damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@somnusilk.lt. We do not offer color exchanges once the item has been shipped.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Note: Due to the small number of people who take advantage of our generous return policy, the product return guarantee applies only once.
Return Shipping
The customer must pay for the return transportation costs.
Refunds or exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days from receipt of the product.
Other Product Returns
Product returns will be accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Items can be returned only if they have a manufacturing defect and are in the original undamaged packaging, unused, in the same condition as received by the buyer, and have not lost their commercial appearance. Items that do not meet the above conditions will be considered non-returnable.

Upon approval of the return, carefully package the item.
The buyer is responsible for the return of goods and shipping costs, and must ensure that the items are safely packaged and will not be damaged during transportation.
When returning items, the buyer must attach a document proving the order (invoice or order number).
Upon receiving and checking the returned item, we will process the return or exchange according to your preferences. Only the amount paid for the item will be refunded to the buyer. Shipping costs to the buyer are non-refundable.
Returns will be made to the original method of payment.
