Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

Upon approval of the return, carefully package the item.

The buyer is responsible for the return of goods and shipping costs, and must ensure that the items are securely packaged and will not be damaged during transportation.

When returning the goods, the buyer must include a document proving the order (invoice or order number).
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the return or exchange according to your preferences.
The buyer will only be refunded the amount paid for the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for the buyer.

Returns will be processed to the original payment method.
